As people all over the world looked up to see the Moon eclipse the Sun on May 20, 2012, NASA astronaut Don Pettit looked down from the International Space Station and saw the shadow it cast on Earth. Keep your eye on the solar array – which captures the sun’s energy to power the International Space Station – to see the shadow darkening the Earth.
